Once you place an order you will receive an email receipt of the purchase and an email with your ticket voucher information.

We will also send you an email reminder a few hours before showtime. If you reserve tickets within 8 hours of a performance, you will not receive the reminder email.

We send out the occasional e-blast reminding our members of a recent site update with new offers and tickets.

Theater Extras is a mobile-friendly website. We are smartphone and tablet compatible.

Reservations can be made 24/7. However once a manifest is sent to the theater, the show offer will be removed from the current list of offerings and tickets will no longer be available. Most manifests are sent out 3 hours prior to showtime.
