Access the Upcoming Events page, select your location and browse the Theater Extras listings.
You may sort the shows alphabetically, by showtime, or last added.
Find the performance you wish to attend, select the number of tickets, select showtime, and then click Order Tickets.
Make sure you have the correct date and number of tickets selected before submitting the order.
Our system defaults to a ticket order quantity of one, and adjust ticket number accordingly before clicking submit.
The Order Tickets page will then appear, outlining the number of tickets, name of the production, processing fee, date, start time, and venue address.
Verify that this information is correct, then click the Confirm Order button, and your Ticket Voucher will appear on your screen.
Your credit card of record will be charged a processing fee.
You must present your ticket voucher and matching photo ID at the ticket pick-up lcoation.
You may bring a printed copy of your ticket voucher or show your voucher on your mobile device at the designated pick-up location.
You can also show your reminder email that we send out 12 hours prior to showtime.
Tickets are typically picked up at least 30 minutes prior to show time (sometimes up to 90 minutes).
Members arriving too early or late are forbidden from approaching participating box offices to request tickets.

In the unlikely event that a box office is unable to honor a Theater Extras reservation, members are asked to cooperate fully with a venue and immediately inform
Theater Extras of the circumstances.
Do not assail the box office or ticket representative.
